WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE
Glenda Brammer has been coordinator for our Ladies Ministries for about 12 years . We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:30 PM in various homes of the ladies in the church. All the ladies are invited to attend. It’s a great time for getting better acquainted with each other. We often have guest speakers and every other month we have dinner together at one of our favorite restaurants. We also try to reach out to the community in various ways throughout the year. Some of our yearly activities include (or have included): “Shoe-Box Christmas” gifts for the Desert Springs Indian Mission in New Mexico Stuffed Animals for the Sunnyside Care Center in Salem, Oregon Food Boxes for those in need at Thanksgiving & Christmas Christmas “Church –Family” Dinner (early Dec.) Friendship “dress-up” Banquet (mid-Feb.) Secret Pals Prayer Partners Women of Excellence Dinner & Gift Exchange…”with a twist” (really fun!!..mid Dec.) Wedding and Baby Showers Fund-Raising for the needs of the Church ETC. Come join us. We’d love to get to know you….and bring some ideas too!
